welcome…
Abdullah was Neville's teacher in New York in the 1930s. An Ethiopian Jewish rabbi by some accounts, he taught Neville Hebrew scripture, Kabbalah, and the inner meaning of the Bible across nearly seven years of study. Very little is known about him outside of Neville's own accounts, but his fingerprints are on every teaching Neville delivered. He is the foundation on which this body of work was built, and his influence is honored throughout these pieces through the AbNev framing.
Neville Goddard (1905-1972) was a Barbadian-born teacher and mystic who taught that the Bible is not history but a psychological roadmap of the awakening of the human imagination. He lectured for nearly four decades in New York and Los Angeles, publishing books including Your Faith Is Your Fortune, The Power of Awareness, Feeling Is The Secret, Awakened Imagination, and The Law and The Promise. His central teaching was that "I AM" is the name of God, and that human imagination is the only creative power in the universe, personified as Christ.
አብ | Ab represents Abdullah
Ab is a semitic root word, primarily in Hebrew and Aramaic, meaning "Father" or "Foundation.”
I am applying Abdullah and Neville's lens to parts of scripture they touched on briefly or not at all, and developing the architecture they implied but did not fully build out.
I refer to this methodology as the AbNev lens as a way to honor Abdullah, who laid the foundation Neville built upon.
The bible is not a historical book but a living psychological roadmap of the inner human consciousness.
This work is not about manifestation, it is about inner transformation which leads to ease in manifestation!

Does the I AM care?
A question that comes up often with this teaching is whether the I AM actually cares. If the I AM is neutral creative power, if it simply creates whatever is assumed without preference, then where does desire come from? And if desire comes from the I AM, how can the I AM be indifferent?

Are you operating FROM the state 24/7 or do you keep falling out of it?
Mark 6:1-16 walks us through what happens before the rational mind is finally removed from the throne. The awakened imagination returns to its hometown (the old self), encounters the resistance of fixed identity, and then commissions its faculties to spread the new state outward.
